Although returns are not common, they can happen. If you have a quality or manufacturing issue with your chocolate, please contact us to discuss a return, refund or exchange.
If your product was shipped and it has a quality issue, you can contact us and submit a photo of the product to: email@example.com. A refund or new product can be issued upon determination if it is a quality issue.
Our products are perishable and melt in high temperatures. Ice pack shipping is available at checkout, and should be purchased when temperatures are over 68 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure your chocolates do not melt. We cannot guarantee the condition of your chocolates if ice is not selected! Refunds and exchanges on melted chocolates are only eligible for products that selected ice pack shipping.
If you are a local customer and experience a quality issue with your chocolate or candy, please bring the item into either the Jeannette or Eastgate store for inspection and refund and/or exchange.
