Although returns are not common, they can happen. If you have a quality or manufacturing issue with your chocolate, please contact us to discuss a return, refund or exchange.
If your product was shipped and it has a quality issue, you can contact us and submit a photo of the product to: email@example.com. A refund or new product can be issued upon determination if it is a quality issue.
If you are a local customer and experience a quality issue with your chocolate or candy, please bring the item into either the Jeannette or Eastgate store for inspection and refund and/or exchange.
No refunds are acceptable on gift cards. These are final sale items.
